What's Sparking Joy For Me Right Now

Right now, I’m more conscious about how I treat my body, including what do to it and put into it. I’m talking about working out and eating right. I’m at the age where if I continue to ignore what my body needs, I will regret it in the future.

  1. Working Out

    Because I tricked my brain into enjoying the gym, I find immense joy in how it makes me feel afterwards. The energy, clarity, and confidence I get after the gym is sparking a lot of joy for me right now.

  2. Cooking at Home

    I’m a foodie at heart. I enjoy eating food, cooking for others, being cooked for, trying new foods, etc. But making home cooked meals is sparking joy in my life right now. Not only do I get to experiment but I feel blessed that I have the opportunity to cook more at home.
