What is tHE pROCESS OF HOME DECLUTTERING?
When you book an appointment, you will fill out a form collecting information about your home. When I arrive at your home or business, we spend 5-hours going through your clutter, piece by piece. Through guided questions, I help you decide what to keep, donate, or throw away.
DO I have to throw everything out?
Absolutely not. I follow simple principles when decluttering which I utilize to provide suggestions on what you should keep, donate, or throw out. However, you have the final decision. I have the utmost respect for your home and your things, therefore I don’t judge you for your decisions. My job is not to tell you what to do but to provide guidance and emotional support in clearing your space and making it more comfortable.
DO You have to come to my home?
No. I offer my services via virtual sessions if you’d prefer or live outside of the New York tri-state area. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you.
What is Decluttering?
The process of removing something out of your life that no longer serves you. You can declutter your mind, home, and overall life. Within the process of decluttering you make space for a better quality of life.
Why home decluttering?
Although decluttering is a life journey, when you begin clearing out physical items in your home, it becomes easier to sift through what else needs to go in our life. Material things hold energy and with that energy there’s a memory attached to it. When we hold onto items in our home whose energy doesn’t improve our well being, we become an enemy to our own progress.
How can you declutter my home?
It includes but is not limited to going through clothing items, office supplies, canned goods, books, magazines, paperwork, and wires to decide what to keep, donate, or throw out.
